Shamans provide the best buffs due to totems and AoE healing. Druids have Brez, Innervate and HoTs. Best race for PvE would be Troll for fast cast with Berserking or Undead for WotF to remove fear type effects quicker than the Tremeor Totem. Best Horde race for Druid is Tauren.
